Responsibilities: As the On-Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your duties will include: Learning and maintaining a deep understanding of uniform guidelines for various schools and grades. Assisting customers in locating merchandise and providing personalized recommendations when needed. Efficiently processing sales transactions at the register and ensuring proper bagging of merchandise. Receiving and organizing inventory shipments, fulfilling backorders, and maintaining well-stocked shelves. Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Undertaking various managerial tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
