Job Responsibilities: Operate and maintain track hoe equipment efficiently and safely. Perform various tasks including digging trenches, excavating, and other earth-moving activities as required. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment. Qualifications: Previous experience operating track hoe equipment is required. Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of construction and excavation techniques. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
