We'reexpanding our practice in the San Antonio, TX area and seeking an experiencedGeneral Dentist who values clinical autonomy and desires the benefits ofownership without the administrative hassles. With three or more years ofhands-on clinical experience, you'll excel in all aspects of restorative anddiagnostic dentistry, including Invisalign certification. Your commitment todelivering the highest standard of care and leading a patient-focused team willdrive our mission to prioritize the patient experience in every interaction. Thisfull-time position offers a schedule of four days per week during standardbusiness hours, with the flexibility to adjust days and hours as needed. Ourpractice operates on a fee-for-service (FFS) and preferred providerorganization (PPO) model, ensuring a diverse patient base and ample growthopportunities. Join us in shaping the future of dental care while enjoying afulfilling career with us. Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision, a matching 401K, voluntary STD-LTD, Malpractice Insurance, theopportunity for 30 CE credits per year, daytime hours, a supportive team,thorough training, and growth and professional development opportunities.
