Division Sales Manager (Midwestern Division) Job Summary The Division Sales Manager (DSM) is the face of the sales organization in the Midwestern division on behalf of Ritz-Craft, driving success through calculated steps and strategic engagements within their team and respected markets. In this role you would manage a team of Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and Sales Administrators (SA), to service our client base across the Midwestern division. As a DSM you will help manage your teams handling of their book of business with existing customers, and prospective customers cultivated through engagement, expanding product distribution within the Midwestern division. Through team management and effort, you will leverage your immediate and support team members and technology, growing market share for overall division growth and success. As a DSM you will help manage individuals job expectations, recruitment of team members, cultivation of talent on the team, and disciplinary action as needed to help drive culture, collaboration, and results. Success in this role is met by leveraging your management core, networking, sales skills, collaboration and teamwork skills, and business acumen for creating a successful customer experience in your book of business, as well as your teams. Primary Responsibilities & Core Skillset • Lead team engagement, customer sales and success • Manage all aspects of division sales team customer relationship(s)/engagement(s) • Ability to read blueprints, create estimates and sales presentations as needed • KPI review and analysis to strategically drive revenue growth • Cultivate strong team dynamics and results • Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of the construction and/or building products industries • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Moderate computer skills Experience • Valid driver's license • 4 years sales team management experience minimum • 8 years applicable outside sales • 6 years sales presentations • 6 years reading and creating sales based reports • 4 years budget & planning • 4 years business planning and outline • KPI knowledge and utilization, tie to revenue • Proven track record of sales growth (reporting) • Recruiting and onboarding of team members • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Familiarity with modular/offsite construction • Chief Architect software a plus • Hubspot software a plus Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Company Details Ritz-Craft is the largest family-owned, off-site, modular home manufacturer in the United States.
