The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for trial experience. The role requires strong legal writing skills, proactive engagement, a robust business and entrepreneurial sense, effective communication, and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. The candidate must also exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, along with the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines. Duties:Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trials and hearings.Manage and handle commercial litigation cases from initiation to resolution.Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense in legal strategies.Proactively engage with clients and counsel, building and maintaining relationships.Effectively manage internal and external client relationships.Analyze legal issues, solve problems, and provide issue resolution.Work collaboratively within a legal team and contribute to a commitment to client service.Manage multiple files and meet competing deadlines. Requirements:2-4 years of litigation experience.Trial experience is preferred.Strong legal writing skills.Proactive and business-minded approach.Effective communication skills.Analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Ability to manage multiple files and meet competing deadlines.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of Michigan. Skills:Litigation experience.Trial preparation and courtroom experience.Legal research and writing proficiency.Business and entrepreneurial mindset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Time management and organization skills.
