The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of litigation experience and hold a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science. Strong legal writing skills and a willingness to travel for court appearances are essential for this role. Duties:Handle intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis specific to IP matters.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP litigation.Attend court appearances and hearings, including travel when necessary.Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel. Requirements:2+ years of relevant IP litigation experience.Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science.Strong legal writing skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Thorough understanding of intellectual property laws.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
