ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY As we continue to expand our North American market share, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Officer to join our management team and lead our revenue generation activities. This role will be accountable for developing and driving our go-to-market product and pricing strategies. You'll be working closely with our operations team to achieve operational objectives that drive customer joy and retention, and ultimate oversight of US sales and operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for business development, innovation, furniture and design. This role reports to the CEO in Belgium and leads a small, yet mighty local team of four talent team members. Specifically, we're looking for someone with the experience to: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan by exploring opportunities to expand sales channels, including partnerships, online platforms, etc. Understand the diverse customer segments of the brand and effectively create a plan for optimizing the revenue funnel towards growth, identifying key investments or new-market entry opportunities. Make decisions about sales function effectiveness including pricing, product strategy, sales processes, team members, etc. Analyze market data and insights to make decisions, maximize revenue potential and report profit and loss progress to management. Effectively strategize with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align with overall business goals. ABOUT YOU You've got a strong sense of entrepreneurship and a proven track record for growing a business and generating sustainable revenue utilizing the principles of value-based selling. You love working with great people doing meaningful work in a growing and fast-paced international company. You thrive in a 'start-up' environment, being agile when necessary but rooted in consistency. You're a critical and strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get into the trenches when necessary. You're well versed in financial forecasting, reporting and budgeting. You're a collaborator and coach, inspiring people to perform, removing barriers, and helping people develop their skills. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
