Data Detective: Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine your product strategy. Impactful Communication: Champion your product vision internally and externally, securing buy-in from stakeholders and fostering excitement across the organization. You're a Perfect Fit if You Are: A seasoned product leader: Possess 7+ years of experience successfully launching and managing software products. An agile champion: Adapt and thrive in iterative development environments. A technical translator: Clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A data-driven decision-maker: Use analytics to inform product choices and measure impact. A natural collaborator: Foster teamwork and build trust with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive leader: Navigate ambiguity and drive progress with confidence. Bonus Points if You: Have experience in the medical, medical claims management, or insurance industry. An understanding of insurance claims processes is a bonus. Possess hands-on experience with development management tools like Azure DevOps, Figma, Jira, Trello, GitHub, ClickUp, ActiveCollab. Bring UI/UX design experience to the table.
