Location : We are seeking an experienced Cook II for the Lake Placid Conference Center & Herb Brooks Arena. Hourly:$20-$23 The Lake Placid Conference & Olympic Center is in beautiful Lake Placid, NY. Home of the 1932 and 1980 Olympic Winter Games. Hosting multiple hockey tournaments including the ECAC Men's Hockey Tournament, Youth Hockey Tournaments as well as multiple Catering Events throughout the year. You'll prepare and create nutritious dishes while putting customer service at the heart of everything you do. The Cook II will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: including Breakfast, Lunch, and Special/Catered Events. May assist with the supervision of kitchen personnel or serve as lead cook to guide and train the production team. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
