Job Title: Construction Sales ManagerJob Summary: The Construction Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the construction industry. This position requires a strong understanding of construction products and services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and challenges.Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients.Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and trends to accurately forecast future sales and develop strategies to address fluctuations.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both the company's and clients' needs.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions, and effectively communicate their value to clients.Budget Management: Work within established budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective sales strategies.Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to senior management.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and contract management expertise. In-depth knowledge of construction industry products and services. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Working Conditions: Travel: The position may require occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit construction sites. Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with some time spent in the field and attending industry-related events.
