Mechanical Project Manager Position Summary Provide overall project management and direction for mechanical construction projects of 10 million or more. Hiring Requirements/Preferences for Mechanical Project Manager Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent, plus extensive ( 10 + or more years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required . Must have a working knowledge of structural, mechanical, and electrical civil and building practices and concepts. Superior organization skills, ability to make independent decisions and multi-task. Confidence in directing and coordinating staff, sub-contractors and consultants . Innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Thorough understanding of construction software, corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) CSL or willingness to obtain within one year of hire date. OSHA - 30 Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H.
