Class Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-4:30pmWe are looking for a Part Time Pharmacy Tech instructor.This is a "HYBRID" schedule so you will be teaching both via Zoom and in the schoolThe class is every month - every other month so there will be 6 classes total for the yearYour will be required to get licensed as an instructor by the BPSS New York State Education DepartmentResponsibilities:· Teach the approved BPSS curriculum in the following course subject: Pharmacy Technician· Keep immaculate records for each student· Work hand in hand with the Director of Education and the Director of Student Services· Provide compassionate education and understand not every student is at the same learning levelThe ideal candidate will be responsible for providing health care training to students while adhering to BPSS standards. New York's Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS) oversees and monitors non-degree granting proprietary schools in New York. The Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision is part of the New York State Education Department.Qualifications· Must have at least 2 year’s experience· Experience with Zoom and other online platforms· Must have patience and work well with people· Have an open schedule and be willing to pick up teaching shifts if necessary· BPSS Teachers License (If you do not have one you will be required to get one - which we will help you get - required for part time as well as full time instructors)· Team playerOnly full-time employees will be entitled to health benefits (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and have 401K options.Job Types: Part TimePay: $20.50 - 25 per hour COMPANY OVERVIEW Education Management, Inc.
