REMODELING - JOB POSTING - INSURANCE RESTORATION SALES MANAGER Can you create a fun and competitive environment within a team? Kingdom Roofing Systems is looking for a strong sales leader to build a high-performance canvassing team of sales hunters. This could be your next career if you can coach and lead your team on best practices for door pitches and overcoming objections in the field. Position Title: Insurance Restoration Sales Manager As a Sales leader, you will create canvassing routes, track the daily activity and performance of your roster, and supervise all sales-generating activities in the field. This Team Lead position requires canvassing neighborhoods with your teams to generate leads. It is a hands-on role with the ability to earn personal commissions as well as override bonuses on team performance. Position Type: Full-Time, Work is in-person Description of Duties: Exceed your monthly sales requirements Produce high-quality appointments Maintain a minimum 70% approval percentage on contingency agreements signed Provide weekly reports of your team's activity and progress as outlined by your KPIs Ensure that everyone on your team has a clearly defined territory assignment daily Overseeing the growth, development, and performance of our Canvassing program Develop, and cultivate a high-performance culture Follow Kingdom's proven sales process to ensure the best customer experience for each new customer Working with the Event Marketing Manager, you may be asked to attend home shows and trade events to generate leads through engagement with attendees Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year leading an outside sales team and 2 years of sales experience Proven ability to meet individual sales goals Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof Reliable individuals who show up on time, every time Proficient with technology and able to learn new software Solid mathematical skills for simple calculations Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and construction processes is helpful Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season High energy and drive Compensation & Benefits: Overall earnings are expected to be $100,000+. This position has a $30,000 base plus commission and overrides on team performance with benefits including: 401(k) match Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company vehicle for business use Company provided iPad, leads, and W2 status Free branded apparel Profit Sharing Growth and promotion opportunities Schedule: Flexible work schedule. Sales Representatives can submit their availability each month. Minimum requirements for availability do apply, including 2 appointment slots on Saturday each month.
