Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Farmington Hills, MI law firm with a daily focus on continuous improvement, driven by people and technology. If you are looking for a role where you can put your problem-solving skills to work, come join our Operations Excellence team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Designing new and enhancing existing workflow driven business processes. Creating legal templates, with logic driven forms and tags. Analyzing automated job queries, reports, and data from our legal software. Overall facilitation of information management. Collaborating with other teams. Working closely within the Operations Excellence team to understand the requirements and specifications of operational workflow, court forms, and template letters. QUALIFICATIONS Entry level SQL skills is a strong plus Excel in time management, prioritization, multi-tasking , and problem solving in a deadline-driven environment. Strong computer skills are a must. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel. We’ll teach you the rest!
