What You’ll Do: The Journeyman Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and company-sponsored programs. Your duties include: Completing all plumbing in-home service calls. Establishing rapport with customers and recommending the right products and services. Troubleshooting plumbing system malfunctions with precision. Educating customers on finance options and membership plans. Exceeding revenue goals and winning new referrals. Maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. Participating actively in training exercises and weekly meetings. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, and reviews.
