EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY Customer Service experience Familiarity with office software and phone systems Some sales experience Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. Familiarity with computer software JOB DESCRIPTION Handle a high volume of inbound calls from homeowners to explain and schedule home inspections and quotes for Worthmann products (roofing, windows, gutters, etc.). Respond to online customer forms to schedule appointments and/or perform other customer service activities. Follow the approved script when discussing home evaluations with potential customers. Present a positive and professional face to homeowners and co-workers. This is a high customer service-oriented position. Some sales experience is needed. REPORTS TO: Sales Manager DETAILED JOB FUNCTIONS Handle phones Pull reports Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Benefits Health Insurance: Paid 50% for Employees.
