We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Digital or in-person open houses• Lead generation• Database campaigns• Follow the team plan• Set buyer appointments• Execute buyer consultations• Close buyer sales Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Show a track record of real estate success• A real estate license required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
