Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth• Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Follow-up with leads to increase sales• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs• Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales• Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests• Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills• Tech-savvy• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Must be at least 18 years old• High school diploma • Valid driver's license • Present yourself in a professional manner • Must be able to work full-time plus evenings, with no exceptions• Ability to work a flexible schedule • Weekdays and weekend availability is a must • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Verbal and written communication skills• Retail customer service experience is a plus• Showing Assistant experience is preferred Compensation: $120,000 at plan earnings About Company: The Drew Nicoll Real Estate Team is rapidly expanding and helping Agents across America build successful careers in Real Estate!
