Stark Tech is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager ( NSM ) to join the LithTech team! This position is responsible for streamlining the sales channel for end user utility and commercial/industrial customers to include training and managing the sales channel. In addition, the role is to manage, support and generate new business and ensure sales targets are met. NSM will work with our Manufacture Reps, Partners, Distributors, Utilities and internal teams in the assigned area to successfully meet this objective. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a technical engineering focus. 3-5 years of experience in working with various sales channels to support sales objectives and strategic plans set forth by upper management. Utility Market and Utility Sales Knowledge. 2-5 years of experience in managing a sales channel, department/ and or manufacture reps. Possess excellent verbal and written presentations skills in both the face to face and virtual setting. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. What we offer?
