What we're looking for: D irector of Clinical Education for our Respiratory Therapy Program at our Ontario campus . Summary: Under the supervision of the Program Director (PD), the Director of Clinical Education (DCE), is responsible for assuring effective clinical instruction for Respiratory Therapy students and Clinical Instructors. The DCE will enforce campus policies as related to the student clinical skills manual and other institutional policies and procedures. What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $85,000-$95,000 per year. Our benefits program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Valid Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential and current state license* Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred Minimum four (4) years' experience as an RRT, with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care* Minimum two (2) years' experience teaching either as faculty in a CoARC-accredited program or as a clinical instructor/preceptor for students of such programs* AHA BLS Provider certification requiredBLS Instructor certification preferred
