Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and positive shopping environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the products they need, providing product knowledge, and ensuring they leave our store satisfied. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Answer and assist guest phone calls. Listen to customer needs and provide product recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about product features and benefits to provide expert guidance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Restock and arrange merchandise displays. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Qualifications: Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
