Are you a trained athlete looking to give back to youth in your community? The Ocean Community YMCA now has an openings for coaches to run our Race4Chase program. Race4Chase is a triathlon training program for kids taking place in July and August 2024. Responsibilities include: Supervising children in the program Implementing program activities consistent with YMCA core values Participating in pre-planning meetings Participating in all planned activities including swimming and field trips Maintaining the highest safety standards at all times Communicating with parents and children effectively Assisting with evaluation of program and needs for next year's program Qualifications include: Must be able to actively run, jump, and lift a minimum of 1/3 own body weight Interested persons should apply today!
