Commerical Assembly Technician As a Commerical Assembly Technician, you will build large Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses, and other commercial businesses. Responsibilities: Read schematics to assemble sheet metal walls, roofs, and doors Install dampers and electrical wiring and controls Pass final testing and quality assurance Build ERVs with HVAC capabilities Work with a team to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and guidelines Hours: Full Time. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 5am - 5:15pm (Get paid for 40 hours and work only 36!) Earn $22/hr in our climate-controlled environment! Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specifications Assure product meets the highest quality standards Coordinate/cooperate with other assemblers to achieve the best overall flow of work on the production floor Actively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools, and procedures Search for personal and team improvement opportunities Promote a safe, pleasant, and professional work environment Check out our You Tube video to see our clean, safe, temperature-controlled, state-of-the-art facility! Requirements: Qualified applicants will have: High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 Years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent with electrical/wiring experience At least 1 year's experience with portable power tools and hand tools Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, along with the ability to read measurements in inches and feet Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skills The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Competencies: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members Problem-Solving/Troubleshooting abilities Team-player and self-starter Pride in producing high-quality work with attention to detail For more details: https://jobs-search.org/architecture-construction_waunakee-c451603/commercial-assembly-technician-friday-sunday-day-shift-waunakee_i2116782400
