Reports to: Manager, Accounts Payable Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Processing Clerk is accountable for handling all accounts payable related functions. The role of the Accounts Payable clerk involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organization. Their role is to control expenses, by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices up to the cycle of payments. This is a Full Time role based in Toronto. Core Accountabilities Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, analyzing, posting and recording accounts payable data - PO invoices (2-way, 3-way and 4-way match) Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, analyzing, posting and recording accounts payable data - Non PO invoices (Accurately review, code, add Approver and process) Process a large number of vendor accounts - PO and Non PO transactional invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures Verify discrepancies and communicating with troubleshooting team to.
