Are you excited to work on a cutting-edge B2B website for a leading travel company ? If so, and you have 5+ years of industry design experience, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our brand new B2B website. This is an end-to-end role , where you'll see your designs come to life, from initial concept to final development. Here's what you'll bring to the table: Solid UX Design Skills (5+ Years Experience): You have a strong understanding of UX principles and a proven track record of creating user-centered experiences, backed by 5+ years in the industry. Figma Master: You're an expert in Figma, our design tool of choice, and can navigate it with ease. Design Systems Champion: You understand the importance of design systems and have experience maintaining and evolving them. Mobile-First Mindset: You prioritize mobile-first design, ensuring a seamless experience for users on any device. Accessibility Advocate: You're passionate about creating experiences that are inclusive and accessible for everyone (ADA compliance is a must). Adobe Creative Suite Pro: You're proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and can leverage it to create stunning visuals. UX/UI Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of UX/UI best practices and can confidently advocate for user-centered design decisions. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
