Nature and Scope of Job USDM is seeking an IT/Facilities Coordinator who will provide assistance to the IT and Facilities teams, including IT and hardware inventory tracking, coordinating vendors, expense and invoice processing, calendaring, travel, and facilitating projects as needed. Primary Responsibilities Inventory and organization of IT hardware. Coordinate with internal departments for tasks supporting IT team. Working with facilities on requests for building maintenance including HVAC, shipping/receiving, set up for meetings. Timeline management for open requests/projects. Assist IT/Facilities with other special projects as needed, including assisting with external vendor coordination and support for projects as needed. Provide administrative support including heavy calendar management and cross functional meeting coordination, travel and expense management, as well as other administrative tasks. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years in a comparable Coordinator role. Professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work within a fast-paced environment, adept at juggling multiple tasks and priorities and prioritizing independently. Effective collaborator with a variety of stakeholders, thoughtful listener and team player. Conscientious, detail-oriented, well-organized and takes initiative to anticipate and address needs. Able to bring a proactive and creative approach to problem solving. Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administration or IT-related fields preferred. Compensation Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 25.00 - 30.00 The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM's compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget. Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage. Both full and part time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
