Audits and Inspections: Use your experience in SQF audits, to Oversee and lead all and providing subject matter expertise to continuously improve our processes. Program Development: Implement and enhance safety and quality programs, leveraging the latest methodologies to ensure that our products are unmatched. Strategic Planning: Design long-term strategies to preemptively address food safety issues, positioning our company as a beacon of reliability and excellence. Qualifications A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. A diverse portfolio of certifications in Food Safety such as HACCP, PCQI, or SQF, spotlighting a commitment to expertise and continuous learning. A minimum of 8-10 years in food safety and quality management, with a substantial portion served in direct leadership positions. A comprehensive grasp of FDA, USDA, and other governing body regulations, with a history of keeping abreast of changes and spearheading compliance.
