Pharma Packaging and Label Designer/Coordinator III Location: Santa Monica (onsite) Duration: 18 months Description: Work with functional groups including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Packaging and Manufacturing to develop requirements for labeling text. Additionally, partner with Marketing and Regulatory to develop and finalize content and product branding elements of packaging & labeling for both the US and Global markets. Responsibilities of the Experienced Labeling Project Coordinator includes: Design and layout commercial final product labels Coordinate review and approval workflows Acquire print proofs from print suppliers Review and approve print-proofs from print suppliers Coordinate test printing of any new components as the need arises Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop labeling text requirements as well as content and branding Basic Qualifications: MS / MA Degree and 2+ years of Packaging / Labeling and/or Project Management experience OR BS / BA Degree and 4+ years of the aforementioned experience OR Associate Degree and 5+ years of the aforementioned experience OR High School Degree with 6+ years of the aforementioned experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry Strong background with FDA cGXP standards and regulatory requirements for packaging and labeling Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) Exposure to document control systems Ability to quickly resolve issues and communicate to team members effectively Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with internal and external customers Experience effectively communicating status of labeling tasks/projects Ability to interface with C-level executives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
