Pay rate: $20 - 26/hr. Schedule: 1st shift Accounting Assistant job task include: Apply customer payments Deposit incoming checks online Performs collections activities via phone/e-mail and collect on past due accounts Resolve payment discrepancies Maintain past due account spreadsheet Process credit card orders Match invoices to purchase order receipts Process A/P invoices Interface with purchasing department on payable discrepancies Process weekly check runs Manage daily cash spreadsheet Qualified candidates will have four years of related experience.
