Atlanta Base Supervisor Job Description Type - Full Time- 40 hours a week, 5 days needed (days may varies)Pay - $52-55K annuallyShift - Flexible availability is desired.Location - DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) and Fulton County (FTY ) -as your base location and travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations with the use of a company vehicle. Summary: Manage the overall day-to-day operations in your base location, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, execution of standard operating procedures, and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Partner with the Atlanta Operations Manager to ensure successful and efficient daily execution of company-wide operations to deliver best in-class service to our clients. Essential Functions: • Maintain, improve, and ensure the effective execution of quality control procedures• Monitor employee time sheets to verify accurate reporting• Workforce development and staffing (recruitment, hiring, discipline and termination)• Oversee training of all employees, new and existing• Organize day to day operations to ensure proper efficiency and scheduling needs are met• Effectively communicate procedural updates and changes to all team members• Timely submission of all required reporting measures• Establish and maintain professional business relationships with customers and clients• Communicate work orders, messages, and emails from the Atlanta Operations Manager, Scheduling Department and Office Personnel• Maintain safe and healthy work environments by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, compliance with company policies• Responsible for satisfactory completion of vehicle fleet maintenance and audits • Collaborate with Atlanta Operations Manager to maintain operating income percentage (40%) Required Skills and Behaviors • Must be and outstanding communicator• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects• High level of interpersonal and verbal communication Organizational Relationships • Reports directly to Atlanta Operations Manager Required Education/ Experience •2+ years operations experience (internal preferred) Travel Requirements • While most of your work can and will be accomplished in your base location, you can expect to spend 0-5 days per month traveling to Immaculate Flight locations. • 0% to 15% travel Required Skills and Behaviors • To comply with the ADA, you have been informed that this position will required some repetitive circular arm motions and will not be required to lift more than 50 pounds without the use of equipment to aid.
