Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals• Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts Qualifications: • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Real estate license required• At least one year of real estate sales experience• Real estate license• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000+ at plan About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
