The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Real estate license or pursuing required• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
