We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met• Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us• Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Relentless lead follow up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Real estate license required• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Superb communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
