Job Duties: Utilize strong technical background to build and work on various software projects. Collaborate closely with leadership across the company to drive software strategy to help meet growth goals. Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to mentor and coach direct reports, helping them grow their skills and ensure clean code is written. Building and cultivating relationships with team, peers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals, career goals, and best practices. Enhance and contribute to developing and delivering processes that drive software engineering quality and productivity. Hands on software engineering along with mentoring and coaching direct reports to establish quarterly and career goals and development plans. Help set and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Telecommuting permitted. Education Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience in the following skills:Five (5) years of experience in Front-end and back-end technologies, cloud infrastructure and the software development lifecycle.Five (5) years of experience in Design and implementation of technical solutions and processes that drive engineering quality and productivity.Five (5) years of experience in C#, .NET, SQL Server, AWS, and JavaScript.Three (3) years of experience in managing a team of software developers.
