Description: Green Source Automation is based in Jerome, Idaho, seeking an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician in Michigan. The candidate must understand our system's benefits and be committed to developing, applying, and enforcing our automated systems. This position will include: Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry Biweekly maintenance on all six systems Weekly brush changes Monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators Requires you to be on-call This job does include.Company vehicle401KHealth, Dental, and OrthoPTO Requirements: Ability/willingness to develop the required skill set to complete necessary maintenance. Experience in PLC-based controls design, development, implementation, and support. Mechanical mindset. Must have PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office. Read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics. Work with chemicals (Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine). Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects and workloads. Possess the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal). Be the face of Our company. Self-motivated. Time Management Skills. Complete and submit paperwork on time. Work independently and with team members. Knowledge of and experience troubleshooting electrical systems using wiring diagrams and test equipment. Flexibility with work hours and days. Drive to different dairies throughout Michigan. ( Bad Axe, Fulton, Scotts, and Mendon) Maintain company vehicle. Working dairy environment (around cows and manure). Valid driver's license with a clean record. High school diploma or equivalent.
