Responsibilities: • Perform mowing, edging, and debris cleanup in lawn areas to ensure 100% maintenance completion at each property.• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • Possess a valid driver’s license and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:• Perform regular maintenance tasks on outdoor lawns in the community of Jacksonville, FL• Utilize lawn mowing equipment and various hand tools to care for lawns effectively• Aid in specialized installation project• Transport installation materials to job sites when required by the supervisor Qualifications:• Minimum of 1 year experience in landscape maintenance is required• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are essential• The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be a hard worker, and pay high attention to detail• Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills are necessary for this role• Excellent communication skills are a must• Comfortable with driving long distances around Metro Jacksonville• Being bilingual in English/Spanish is considered a bonus Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly About Company: We are a family-owned construction company offering services to residential builders & homeowners.
