CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is in search of a skilled Federal Market Project/Construction Manager for their team in Lawton, OK, US. The ideal candidate should be technically adept and experienced, with a strong commitment to teamwork. Job Summary: Seeking a candidate well-versed in all phases of the construction process, from initial scope development to project completion. Overseeing a variety of projects, including design-build and bid-build projects typically ranging from $2M to $15M, with the potential responsibility for up to $22M worth of projects simultaneously. Responsibilities include acquisition, planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards and safety compliance. The primary project assignment is a $10.5M design-build mechanical project at Fort Sill, OK, involving the replacement of dedicated outside air units in multiple buildings and integrating the chilled water loop from the Fort Sill plant. The Project Manager will collaborate with a team comprising a Quality Control Manager, Superintendent, and SSHO for successful project delivery. Responsibilities:• Manage project from proposal stage through closeout• Handle any issues that arise resulting from unforeseen conditions• Effectively manage and build teamwork within project execution team• Manage subcontractors through project completion• Coordinate with Quality Control and Safety representatives• Direct project activities to ensure conformance to project budget, plans, specs, and schedule• Forecast project cash flow in relation to project schedule• Track financial performance of projects• Prepare project reports for management and clients• Interface with Client• Maintain our excellent reputation• Manage overall project team activities Qualifications:• 15+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred• 5 – 10 years of Federal renovation and repair-type construction• Management of Design Build and Bid Build projects• Ability to help decipher and solve technical issues relating to construction• Strong customer service ability• Skilled in conflict resolution• Good understanding of legal processes• Able to maintain morale within the group and foster an environment of strong team spirit About Company: SCF is subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH), a holding company of Bristol Bay Native Corporation (BBNC), an Alaska Native Corporation.
