Job Description: Growing, family-owned automotive group seeks a motivated professional License and Title Clerk at Heller Ford in El Paso. Vehicle Title Clerks handle information regarding motor vehicle registration and processes legal documents and other state-required documents. Vehicle title clerks are administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents. Requirements & Responsibilities: Ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry with a working knowledge of titling vehicles. Familiar with out of state titles, lien releases, power of attorney, ST-556 amendments, tax & title deadlines, out of state purchases, maintain license and title schedule. Excellent organizational habits Strong problem solving skills Ability to work and collaborate with others both within the organization and outside the organization. Solid working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel A positive, can-do attitude is required!
