Job Overview AZEK Co is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 direct reports focused on calling channel partners, including dealers and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both inside and outside sales, with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving revenue growth. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Customer Experience and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of 10 inside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Execute and enhance the Inside Sales Progression Plan fostering the development and placement of inside sellers into outside sales (Area Sales Managers) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the dealer and contractor channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including dealers and contractors, to understand their needs and identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaborate with the VP of Sales and Customer Experience to develop sales strategies, set goals, and monitor performance metrics. Lead by example by actively participating in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to support team members and drive sales success. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights to optimize sales performance. Work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside and outside sales, with a minimum of 5 years of selling experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with channel partners and internal stakeholders/cross-functional partners Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Experience working in the building materials or construction industry is preferred but not required.
