Kaeppel Consulting is looking for a highly skilled Senior Analys t to join our team and play a pivotal role in our recovery and growth strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, including divestitures , capital investment modeling , and debt reduction , contributing directly to our financial health and future success. This is a Direct Hire position, an Onsite role in Irving, TX. Position: Senior Analyst Location : Irving, TX (Onsite-Full-time) Reports to: Assistant Treasurer Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial models for capital investment decisions, including ROI and IRR analysis, to support strategic initiatives and business unit performance evaluations. Evaluate potential divestitures , including asset sales, and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of various projects and business units, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Assist in the development and execution of capital raising efforts, supporting the Assistant Treasurer in negotiations and compliance with banking covenants. Monitor and manage bank compliance requirements related to debt covenants, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to agreements. Contribute to the overall financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance from a Division 1 school, MBA preferred. Strong academic background with a high GPA. 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, capital investment modeling, and divestitures, preferably in a large for-profit company. Expertise in financial modeling, including ROI/IRR analysis and scenario planning. Experience with managing bank compliance and covenant requirements. Proven track record of assisting with capital raising efforts and executing complex financial transactions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. Eagle Scout status is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Powered by JazzHR
