Responsibilities: • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Close listings• Execute appointments• Set appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Has a real estate license• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
