Responsibilities:• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.• Conduct legal research on case law and statutes to support attorneys in case preparation.• Organize and maintain case files and documentation for easy access during litigation.• Coordinate communication between clients, witnesses, and attorneys to ensure smooth case progression.• Schedule depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings, and manage attorney calendars efficiently.
