The ideal candidate will have experience in general liability defense, including various tort litigation matters. Job Overview:Handle general liability defense cases, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and/or automobile liability matters.Draft complex opinions and motions.Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations. Duties:Manage general liability defense cases.Draft complex opinions and motions.Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations. Requirements:Illinois Bar admission is required.3-6 years of litigation experience.Experience with general liability defense preferred.Strong written communication skills. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois Bar. Skills:Strong written communication skills.Ability to draft complex opinions and motions.Litigation experience, preferably in general liability defense.
