Job description The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated, wellness-focused individual who has a deep understanding of retail sales processes. This position does have a commission pay structure. Responsibilities Perform Wellness Consultations and help our prospects to purchase the correct products for their needs on the showroom floor, in the home, over the phone or at special events Work with management to continually improve sales processes and performance Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss company goals, successes and strategies Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings to review individual goals, performance and opportunities for improvement Track performance metrics and report to management Qualifications A passion for helping people to improve their lives with our wellness products A proven track record of sales growth in a retail environment About Backyard Leisure We are a family-owned company, established in 1998 We are devoted to helping our customers achieve their wellness goals through aquatic therapy We are growing both in same-store sales and with additional locations We believe that our growth is achieved by providing exceptional shopping, purchase and ownership experiences Job Type: Full-timePay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Ability to Relocate: Terre Haute, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
