Learn More About Our Company Job Purpose The Quality Facilitator will have responsibility for supporting the Company's aims and objectives for high quality standards and continuous improvement across site. The role will be part of a team of on shift QA Facilitators, working with the QA Engineers and reporting to the Production Quality Manager. This role will be key to working closely with a variety of site functions including supply chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and EOS. Duties and Responsibilities: Carrying out both routine and ad: hoc surveillance and compliance checking of processes and products across site, with the focus on known problem areas based on data analysis: Act as a first response in emerging and reported production quality issues and incidents: Assist in continuous improvement and problem: solving activities and initiatives: Supporting production with the management of special product sampling: Auditing processes in accordance with assigned internal audit schedules: Identifying potential risks to quality of products being shipped to customers and request immediate corrective action: Ensuring quality control plans are up to date and followed: Assisting in production problem solving and ensure solutions are effective Duties and Responsibilities : Carrying out routine checks to ensure manufacturing are working to latest documented procedures: Periodically.
