The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Reg. D securities offerings, and corporate drafting in a law firm environment. An LL.M. degree and eligibility for Texas Bar Licensure are required. Duties:Assist in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions.Conduct legal research and provide analysis for corporate matters.Draft and review transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.Participate in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements:LL.M. degree in Corporate Law or related field.Eligibility for Texas Bar Licensure.Minimum of 2 years of experience in general corporate transactional matters.Experience with mergers and acquisitions, Reg. D securities offerings, and corporate drafting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Education:LL.M. degree in Corporate Law or related field. Certifications:Texas Bar Licensure (must be eligible). Skills:Proficiency in legal research methods and tools.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulations.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
