The ideal candidate for our clinics manager must have exceptional interpersonal skills, customer service, verbal communication, and organizational skills; along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others. Responsibilities for Clinics Manager Oversee daily clinic operations Manage staff scheduling and time cards Hire and train new employees Event organization with Ops and Sales Workflow optimization of clinic operations Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews Take Inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment Ensure the facility and staff are following all protocols and regulations Client relations to maintain high satisfaction Help promote company digitally or within the community Other duties as assigned Qualifications for Clinics Manager Associate degree or 5+ years of experience Proficient in administrative tasks including computer skills Strong interpersonal skills for patients, staff, and vendors Excellent Written and spoken communication Evidence informed decision making using analytical methods Troubleshooting abilities Able to work with minimal supervision Able to lead and motivate a team confidently WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary + Commission ESOP bonus 401K 100% paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
