You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Willing to obtain Real Estate License or be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Compensation: $60,000 About Company: Local Real Estate Office
