Our construction company is seeking an experienced construction professional with excellent leadership skills. If you're good at managing general contractors, hiring subcontractors, and maintaining safety and compliance at a construction site, then you might be perfect as our next construction superintendent. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of construction field experience and can supervise all site activities and maintain safety compliance at all times. Responsibilities: • Log daily records of progress and repair updates for the project manager and homeowner• Employ subcontractors and ensure they have all of the necessary permits• Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project• Confirm that every construction project produces a high-quality finished product, supervise construction workers, execute regular on-site inspections, and provide feedback as needed• Require complete adherence to health and safety regulations on construction sites to avoid accidents and delays, and report any problems to the project manager as soon as possible Qualifications: • Possesses a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods• Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills• Must have general contractor license• Finished training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Compensation: $85,000 About Company: Work with an incredible team of enterprisers.
