RESPONSIBILITIES Estimation Effectively comprehend and interpret bid documents Conduct site visits to water/wastewater facilities to assess potential bids Proactively follow up on bids and successfully secure business Craft a comprehensive estimate from start to finish Provide estimations based on gathered information Possess a comprehensive understanding of project value and accurate pricing Demonstrate a strong understanding of coating performance Client Service Relations Assist clients in comprehending the presented job/project specifications Deliver exceptional customer service by cultivating enduring relationships with clients through a transparent and relational communication approach Effectively resolve diverse field-related challenges Management Efficiently assign and delegate responsibilities as necessary Place a high value on safety for both oneself and the team QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum of 5 years’ estimating experience in the water/wastewater industry Experience problem-solving field issues Preferred Experience managing teams of 3+ people Minimum of 5 years’ field experience Experience working with and using high performance coatings Familiar with estimating software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desired Engineering degree Sales experience Provides a book of business ** This is an in-person position in Fords, NJ.
